Meet Zen & Juliana :

Zen is the soul of Nameless. Empathetic, instinctive, and relentless in the search for raw, unpolished brilliance. A dropout from ITA (Brazil's most prestigious engineering university) and a builder of one of Brazil's largest healthtech NGOs, he's lived the zero-to-one journey many times over. He was the first check in breakout investments like Tractian, Terra Magna, and Starkbank. But ask any founder, and they'll tell you: Zen is more than an investor—he's the closest thing to a cofounder. His radar for early talent is uncanny, and his warmth, humility, and resilience have made him a magnet for the most ambitious builders in Latin America. His superpower? Seeing not just what a founder is, but who they can become.

Juliana is the compass of Nameless. Strategic, bold, and charismatic. Her career has spanned continents, from Melbourne to London and New York. Her early stage investments include some of Brazil's most iconic startups like Starkbank, Gabriel, and Jusfy. Beyond the track record, Ju is known for rolling up her sleeves and showing up in moments that matter. She's the kind of partner who helps shape companies from 0 to 10. Her super power is her business acument and brutal honesty, which is much needed in the early days of any startup.

Nameless

We are Nameless but the founders we back will be legendary.

We believe in first principles thinking, tearing down assumptions, and reconstructing the world with clarity, precision, and conviction. We are builders and backers of companies that change the fabric of industries, not just incrementally, but fundamentally.

We are long-term optimists and short-term realists. We embrace ambiguity, complexity, and the unknown, because that is where the best opportunities lie. Our capital is not passive; it is sharp, strategic, and deeply involved. We roll up our sleeves, get into the trenches, and build alongside the entrepreneurs who redefine what is possible.

We invest in founders who are relentless, obsessive, and unreasonably ambitious. Those who see what others don't, who take risks that others won't, and who are willing to endure when others give up. We back those who are as allergic to mediocrity as we are.

We do not follow trends; we anticipate them. We do not chase hype; we create enduring value. We seek truth, not consensus.

We have been early in some of the most transformative companies of our generation. We were there before the world saw, before the market caught up, before the narrative was written. And we will continue to be there—finding, funding, and fighting for the next wave of generational companies.

Nameless is our “ikigai”, our reason for being. The path forward demands a fundamental reshaping of venture capital—anchoring it in unwavering principles while delivering exceptional returns, forging a legacy that endures beyond the present.

Before the first dollar is invested, before the first product is launched, before the first hire is made—we are there. Because belief comes before success. That is our magic. That is Nameless.

Our advantage is not just our capital—it is our conviction, our presence, and our unwavering belief in those who dare to build. We know that true greatness is not always obvious at first glance. That is why we invest not just in what a founder is today, but in who they can become tomorrow.

The name Nameless Partners embodies our ethos as more than just investors—we are long-term partners. We invest at the earliest stages, often before a founder has even named their thesis. “Nameless” does not signify a lack of identity; rather, it represents something transcending definition. We value substance over symbols. Names and logos are not in the equation; what truly matters to us are the people, their consistency, and their resilience.

We are Nameless by design because the future we build is greater than any single name.
